To enter our 'Win a Mini Cooper' competition simply register a Snooper S3, S4 or S6-R between the 1st October 2004 and the 31st of January 2005 and your details will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Entry to the prize draw to win a Mini Cooper (the "Prize Draw") promoted by Performance Products Limited of Cleaver House,Sarus Court, Stuart Road, Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1UL ("Performance") is subject to the following terms and conditions. 1. The Prize Draw may be entered by all UK residents except for those under the age of 17 or without a valid driving licence permitting the holder to drive cars in the UK, employees of Performance, their immediate families, their agents or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw. 2. Subject to paragraph 1, all persons who successfully complete registration with Performance of Snooper Neo products will be entered once in the Prize Draw. 3. No purchase necessary. Participants may enter the Prize Draw by sending their name, age and address on a postcard to Mini Cooper Prize Draw, Performance Products Ltd, Cleaver House, Sarus Court, Stuart Road, Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1UL.

3. No purchase necessary. Participants may enter the Prize Draw by sending their name, age and address on a postcard to Mini Cooper Prize Draw, Performance Products Ltd, Cleaver House, Sarus Court, Stuart Road, Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1UL. Alternatively, participants may enter via the website located at www.performanceproducts.co.uk.

4. All entries or relevant product registrations must be received by Performance by midnight on the night of 31 January 2005.

5. Entries are sent at participants' risk. Illegible or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Performance accepts no responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission.

6. One entry will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator on 2nd February 2005 and will win a new Mini Cooper car (the "Prize").

7. The Prize will have standard specifications and be taxed up to at least 31 January 2006. For the avoidance of doubt, car insurance shall be the responsibility of the winner.

8. The winner must collect the Prize from Performance's premises at a time to be agreed between the winner and Performance acting reasonably but in any event before 31 July 2005. When collecting the Prize the winner shall ensure they or a companion are insured to drive, and does not infringe any law by driving the Prize upon collection.

9. Performance reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value at any time. The Prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative and the winner's right to claim the Prize is non-transferable.

10. Performance will notify the winner by 28 February 2005. Only the winner will be notified. The name of the winner will be available by sending a request and SAE to Mini Cooper Winner, Performance Products Ltd, Cleaver House, Sarus Court, Stuart Road, Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1UL.

11. Performance’s decision as to any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or results of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The name of the winner will be published by Performance Products and, if reasonably requested to do so, the winner shall take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the Prize Draw including, but not limited to, appearing in promotional photography.

13. By entering the Prize Draw all participants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions and warrant that all information supplied is true and accurate.

14. Performance reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the Prize Draw at any time, provided that it acts reasonably when doing so and any changes will be posted to the website located at www.performanceproducts.co.uk.

15. Performance may disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has not complied with any of the above terms and conditions.

16. The Prize Draw is governed by English law.
